If you are looking to return or exchange your order, we offer Exchanges within 7 working days of receiving your order.

Unfortunately, we do not refund transaction.

 

However, you can return your order for an exchange. Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy.

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned for exchange.

• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear, smells or use.

• Returned in original packaging.

 

To initial an exchange please complete the following steps:

• Send your Order confirmation mail / Order id to nasteho_21@hotmail.com.

• Once your order is verified by our team, you will receive the Exchange confirmation mail / call from our team.

• Exchange is acceptable only it is valid reason.

• Note: Exchange shipping fees will be bared by the customer.
